Vishtik will make reasonable efforts to respond to the Audit in a reasonable time and subject to applicable law and to protect vishtik’s trade secrets (Customer’s personnel may be required to execute non-disclosure agreements). 

Vishtik retains data it processes on behalf of its customers only for as long as required to provide the Service to its Customers and as necessary to comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce its agreements. The data in Vishtik is backed up for system continuity purposes, and each backup file may be stored for 90 days. 

At your request, we will correct incomplete or inaccurate parts of your Personal Information, although We may need to verify the accuracy of the new information you provide us. 

Vishtik do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except in the following circumstances: 

Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Each User must keep the appropriate backup of its data. Vishtik is not responsible for any deletion of data or any breach to the database or any erroneous data unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information. Also, depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

Revision & Refund Policy 

Providing high-quality solar design and engineering services, Vishtik is committed to meeting the needs of its clients and delivering accurate and code-compliant solar designs. To make sure you’re in compliance with local and state regulations, we offer free revisions. 

Terms: 

• Free revisions apply to permit planset & permit design package only. 

• Residential orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placing the order. 

• Once a commercial project is submitted to Vishtik’s portal, it can’t be canceled. 

• If a design is rejected by the Utility or AHJ due to errors on our part, we will revise the corrections until it gets approved. 

• Revisions cover corrections, minor modifications, and adjustments required by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) or utility companies. 

• Major design changes (such as system size modifications, layout alterations beyond minor adjustments, or new site conditions) may require additional charges. 

• We only charge after the service has been successfully provided. Since our billing occurs post-service, refunds are generally not applicable.
